It supplies the technical description sheet of poly aldehyde resins.
2 Summary
The product's designation of poly aldehyde resins is CF-A81 or CF-A101,having similar performances with BASF's Laropal A-81 or Laropal A-101.
The Poly aldehyde resins is a kind of discolored saturated polymeric resin of aliphatic-aldehydes.It can be used in most paint systems,especially suitable to produce universal color pastes.
Notes:The referenced applied domains are as follows:
Paint──Carpentry paint,plastic paint,cabinets paint,toy paint,
iron paint,gloss paint,varnish;
Printing ink──Intaglio ink,compound ink;
Others──Nail polish,shoeshine,jacket oil,paper gloss paint.
According to customers' various formulas,it can improve the gloss,tenacity,rigidity,impact resistance,adhesion,corrosion resistance,yellowing resistance and weather resistance.With this poly aldehyde resins,it can also raise the wettability of paint and the levelling property of paint and so on possibly.
3 Recommendable directions
First,add a measurable amount of solvent to the barrel within a high speed agitator;Second,start the high speed agitator,adding a measurable amount of poly aldehyde resins slowly;Third,keep on mixing round until all the materiel dissolved.Then mix with other planned components according to customers' technologic conditions.
Notes:The reference formula of universal colorants──Add the high viscosity poly
aldehyde resin in butanone,benzene,dimethylbenzene and/or cyclohexanone (with
50% solid content),and add toners and levelling agents,then mix up.

5 Facies
The main parts of poly aldehyde resins are oblate and white(light yellow)grains,including a few anomalous grains or powder.Its apparent photo is picture 1.

6 Solubility
6.1 The poly aldehyde resins can dissolve in alcohols,ketones,esters,benzenes and other's solvents which are usually used in paint industry. Its idiographic contents in read table 2.

7 Compatibility
